BGC Okanagan Expands Reach into Salmon Arm
BGC Okanagan is excited to announce they have taken on the programs and services offered by Aspiral Youth Partners Association, a well-established organization dedicated to supporting youth through specialized programs and services that has been operating for the past 23 years.
This partnership strengthens BGC Okanagan’s commitment to delivering comprehensive services that empower children, youth, and families across the region.
All services and programs previously offered by Aspiral Youth Partners Association will continue under BGC Okanagan’s leadership, ensuring seamless support for the community. These programs include supports and services for youth and families who are vulnerable and are contracted through the Ministry of Children and Families, Community Living BC and School District 83. All the Aspiral team have been hired by BGC Okanagan, ensuring continuity in the care and programs provided.
“The mission of Aspiral Youth Partners Association aligns perfectly with BGC Okanagan’s core values,” said Jeremy Welder, CEO of BGC Okanagan. “This transition enables us to expand our reach and impact, particularly in addressing the unique needs of young people who face barriers.”
Aspiral Youth Partners Association has been operating under a management agreement with BGC Okanagan since the retirement of it’s long time Executive Director, Kim Sinclair.
For 65 years, BGC Okanagan has been dedicated to serving children, youth, and families delivering services through over 42 locations in 13 communities across the Okanagan. As Aspiral Youth Partners Association becomes part of BGC Okanagan, it will further strengthen their ability to positively impact the lives of young people throughout the region.
