Acera Golf For Kids 2025: Over $135K Raised for BGC Okanagan
The 2025 Acera Insurance Golf 4 Kids tournament was a celebration of community, generosity, and making a difference. Golfers, sponsors, and volunteers came together for a day of energy, friendly competition, and purpose. Together, they raised over $135,000 to support children, youth, and families across the Okanagan. Every dollar supports BGC Okanagan programs that build confidence, teach life skills, and provide safe, supportive spaces.
A Day of Golf, Giving, and Gratitude
Held at Harvest Golf Course on Aug. 13, the Acera Insurance Golf 4 Kids tournament brought together participants for a day of friendly competition and meaningful fundraising. From the Golf Ball Drop to sinking the final putt, participants filled the event with smiles, laughter, and generosity.
A highlight of the day was the Acera Golf 4 Kids Golf Ball Drop. Congratulations to Maria A., the lucky winner of ticket #110, who took home an Okanagan staycation package (donated by Tinhorn Creek Winery and Twin Lakes Golf Course), two tickets anywhere WestJet flies and $500 cash! Thank you to Sun Belt Rentals for the use of their boom lift.
