The Central/North Okanagan Caregivers support program helps maintain stable placements and support the permanency plans for youth in care.
Participants in this program include both the foster families and the young people in the care of MCFD. Out of Care caregivers — those who have formal caregiving arrangements through MCFD — are also supported, along with the youth they care for.
