Downtown Youth Centre

The Cultivate Program offers support for youth in the youth justice system who are on bail and referred by MCFD Youth Probation.

Both youth and their families are engaged in personalized case management, life skills development, and counselling. The program helps youth follow court requirements, build healthy relationships, strengthen stability, and reduce the risk of reoffending. Group sessions provide opportunities for peer connection, accountability, and personal growth, while program staff work closely with Youth Probation to ensure consistent guidance, supervision, and coordinated care.
